Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is affiliated with the KES International UK. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University. Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generates synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for the professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.

Short Bio-data:

Professor Florin Popenţiu Vlădicescu, was born on 17 September 1950, graduated in Electronicsand Telecommunications from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 1974, holds a PhD in Reliability since 1981. He has been appointed Director of the “UNESCO Chair in Information Technologies Department” at University of Oradea. Also, he is Professor to University “Politehnica” of Bucharest, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science. Professor Florin Popenţiu Vlădicescu is the founder of the first “UNESCO Chair of Information Engineering” , in UK, established at City University London, in 1998. He published over 150 papers in international journals and conference proceedings. Also he is author of one book co-author of 4 books.He has worked for many years on problems associated with software reliability and has been Co-Director of two NATO Research Projects. Also he is on the advisory board of several international journals, including “Reliability and Risk Analysis: Theory & Applications” and is a reviewer to “ACM Computing Reviews. He is currently Associated Editorto the International Journal of Information and Communication Technology (IJICT) – Inderscience Publishers.He is an independent expert to the European Commission - H2020 programme, for Net Services – Software and Services, Cloud.

Ajit Kumar Nayak is the professor and HOD of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, India in the year 1994, obtained M. Tech. and Ph. D. degree in Computer Science from Utkal University in 2001 and 2010 respectively. His research interests include Computer Networking, Ad Hoc & Sensor Networks, Machine Learning, Natural Language Computing, Speech and Image Processing etc. He has published about 55 research papers in various journals and conferences. Also co-authored a book ‘Computer Network Simulation using NS2’, CRC Press. He has also participated as an organizing member of several conferences and workshops in International and National level.

Dr. Margarita N. Favorskaya is a Professor and Head of Department of Informatics and Computer Techniques at Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology., Russian Federation. Professor Favorskaya is a member of KES organization since 2010, the IPC member and the Chair of invitedsessions of over 30 international conferences. She serves as areviewer in international journals (Neurocomputing, Knowledge Engineering and Soft Data Paradigms, Pattern Recognition Letters, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence), an associate editor of Intelligent DecisionTechnologies Journal, International Journal of Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Engineering Systems, International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems, a Honorary Editor of the International Journal of Knowledge Engineering and Soft Data Paradigms, the Reviewer, Guest Editor, and Book Editor (Springer). She is the author or the co-author of 200 publications and 20 educational manuals in computerscience. She co-authored/co-edited around 20 books/conference proceedings for Springer in the last 10 years.She supervised nine Ph.D. candidates and presentlysupervising four Ph.D. students.Her main research interests are digital image andvideos processing, remote sensing, pattern recognition,fractal image processing, artificial intelligence, andinformation technologies.

Dr. Shazia Hasan presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani- Dubai Campus. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience at different levels and  more than 12 years of Research experience in various areas of Signal Processing application to Power Systems, Renewable Energy Systems Integration, Computational Techniques, Intelligent Optimization of Power Signals, Parameter Estimation of non-stationary Signals. Another facet of her research includes Biomedical Signal Processing and Machine learning. She has co-authored books in Springer Nature and more than 40 papers in refereed journals and conferences.

Dr. Kountcheva has completed her M.Sc. in Computer Science in 1973 from Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria and Ph.D. in 1977;she joined as a Senior Researcher TIE in 1992. Presently, Dr. Kountcheva is working as the Vice president of TK Engineering, Sofia. Her main scientific interests: Image processing, Image compression and digital watermarking, Image tensor representation, CNCs, Programmable controllers. Her total number of publicationsincludes176 (30 Journal papers, 18 Book chapters). She has delivered plenary speeches at international scientific conferences and scientific events: 15. Also Dr. Kountcheva has handled about 45 scientific research projects (PI and Co-PI). Again she has filed 5 Patents(2 USA and 3 EU). She has been a member of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (member of IAPR), member of International Research Institute for Economics and Management(IRIEM), member of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI), http://www.idsai.org/memberships/Members.aspx.
